Our terms and conditions are set out below:
Unfortunately due to restrictions in shipping across the globe, we are experiencing delays with shipping our items. While orders can still be placed, we ask that you be patient with the delivery of your items as we have little to no control over timeframes at present.
We appreciate and thank you for your understanding.
We are an online only store. All purchases will need to be posted to your address of choice.
We deliver within Australia only for all online purchases. There is the option to collect your purchase from us as we travel to many events (hopefully one near you!)
We estimate deliveries to arrive between 7-10 business days, depending on your address (regional areas will take longer) If you need something urgently please contact us to arrange express postage (additional fees will apply)
PLEASE NOTE WE ARE UNABLE TO POST TO PO BOXES
Tri365 will offer returns on unused or faulty items. You can receive a replacement product/size, or store credit for unused change of mind items. Refunds or replacements will only be given for faulty products.
To return a product, please package it in its original packaging and return it within 30 days. Please email us to notify us of your intent to return along with a reason, for us to be able to process your refund or exchange
Returns may take up to 7 days to reach our returns facility. We do our best to process your refund to your original payment method within 2 full business days of receipt. After that, it may take between 2 and 10 days for the credit to be posted to your account.

Apart from faulty products, products purchased from Tri365 are non-refundable for change of mind. Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and tags still attached. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless we shipped a product that was incorrect or faulty when shipped by us.
Any returned item must be in the same ‘as new’ condition as it was received. The customer is responsible for the return carriage costs and items must be sent using recorded and insured delivery. Returned goods must be sent with a completed returns form (available upon emailing us to notify of your return).
Please note refunds are not available on wetsuit hire or ex-demo items.
