Free standard shipping on Australian orders over $100
How much does shipping cost?
Australia, Standard (3–7 business days after dispatch): $11, or FREE on orders of $100 or more
Australia, Express (2–3 business days after dispatch): $15
International (selected countries): $20 flat rate
The $100 free shipping threshold applies to your order total after any discount codes, before shipping. It applies to Standard shipping within Australia only.
When will my order ship?
We aim to dispatch orders within 24–36 hours, Monday to Friday. At peak times, such as the week before a major race, it may take a little longer. Delivery to regional and remote areas can take longer than the times above.
Need it for race day?
Choose Express at checkout. If your race is very close, email hello@tri365.com.au before you order and we'll tell you whether we can get it to you in time.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link and an estimated delivery date. You can also track it on the Australia Post website (https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/search).
What if my order doesn't arrive?
If you think your parcel is lost, email hello@tri365.com.au with your order number and we'll help find it.
